Here’s How The Coaching Works:
The Five Pillars Of Offline Running

  1. FREE 60- to 90-minute kickoff consult:

We’ll meet to discuss your motivations, challenges, and goals. I will explain how we’ll work together. We can do this kickoff by video chat or phone. If it seems like a good fit between us, and you like what you hear, we sign you up, and proceed to Pillar 2.

  1. Personalized training schedule(s):

With lots of input from you, I create your schedule based on your daily responsibilities, time constraints, motivation level, and running goals. NOTE: As your running and life circumstances change, I’ll adjust your training schedule. Not a problem, and certainly not an extra cost.

  1. Unlimited communication with your coach:

Expect same-day replies from me during normal business hours (weekdays 9am-5pm). IMPORTANT: We’ll come up with a set check-in schedule using your preferred communication. That way you can depend on regular interactions with me.

  1. Access to informational/inspirational running content:

Available to you via offlinerunning.com, Substack, and other easy-to-use channels.

  1. Accountability that goes in both directions:

You’ll be hearing from me often, but for this program to work best for you, I need to hear from you often as well. We will try for real-time exchanges via phone calls, texts, video chats, emails, etc., whenever possible. NOTE: I won’t be tracking your workouts, nutrition, or sleep habits via digital technology. I will only know what you share with me.
